Pursuant to Complaint Corrective Action Order, all administrators and instructional personnel are to be notified of the following provisions of EC 56345©:

1. special education services (e.g. "pullout" vs. "push in" resource specialist
   Program instruction) must be provided as delineated in a student's IEP and may not be changed outside of the IEP team process,
2. classroom/program modifications/supports (e.g. extra time) must be provided as delineated in a student's IEP and are not at the discretion of individual staff members,
3. the review of a student's IEP requires a formal IEP team meeting.
