Pursuant to Complaint Corrective Action order, District staff is to be notified of the following requirements of EC § 56345(a)(6) and 5 CCR § 3042(a) regarding IEP team meetings:

EC § 56345(a)(6) (Added Citation):

The individualized education program is a written statement determined in an individualized education program team meeting and shall include, but not be limited to....the anticipated frequency, location, and duration of those services and modifications included in the individualized program....

5 CCR § 3042(a) (Added Citation):

Specific educational placement means that unique combination of facilities, personnel, *location or equipment necessary to provide instructional services to an individual with exceptional needs, as specified in the individualized education program, in any one or a combination of public, private, home and hospital, or residential settings....

*Specific location of services must be specified in the IEP.
