Parent Advisory Council

Parent Advisory Council (PAC)

The Parent Advisory Council advises the San Francisco Board of Education of parents' perspectives and provides recommendations about school district issues. The San Francisco Board of Education created the PAC as a formal way to include parent perspectives in the district’s decision-making process. PAC members actively reach out to engage families in district policy discussions and to represent parent concerns to district leaders. Meetings

The PAC holds a regular meeting once each month during the school year. These meetings are open to the public and the dates are posted on our website. We welcome public input at our meetings. Meeting locations vary, so please contact us for more information.
