Thank you for submitting an event! SFUSD Communications will review your event after submission to determine if it fits the below criteria and is of interest to our families and communities. It will take us about five working days to review events, so please factor that into your timeline. To be considered, your event should be:
- Open to the public
- Non-recurring
- Run by a registered nonprofit with a current MOU with SFUSD or government organization
- Consistent with the mission and values of SFUSD
Due to legal requirements, we cannot promote political events such as walk-outs or demonstrations. If you would like to submit a regularly occurring item such as a class or summer camp,
please use this form, as we do not display them on our calendar.
