Fill out an online application.

Applications are also available in English, Chinese, and Spanish at all schools at the beginning of the school year.  Applications are also available at Student Nutrition Services Office at 841 Ellis Street.  For more information, please call (415)749-3604.

Pay Online

Pay online at www.MypaymentsPlus.com! View your child’s purchase history. If your child pays full price for breakfast and lunch meals (paid eligibility), you have the option to pay for meals one day at a time or to purchase several meals ahead of time.

Pay By Check

To pay by check, download and complete the school meals prepayment form, put the cash or check in an envelope and have your child return it to the cafeteria staff. Please note that the check must be made payable to “Student Nutrition Services.” Be sure to write your child’s name and room number on the check. Please remember to submit a Meal Application. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to pay for any accrued meal charges.
