The mission of the English Learner Support Services team is to provide English Learners with a culturally and linguistically relevant education as well as to engage educators in quality professional development, so that they can better meet the educational needs of English Learner students. In order to ensure English Learners academic success, we advocate for the development and maintenance of clearly defined biliteracy pathways that will raise students' achievement and prepare them to fully participate in the 21st century economic, political, cultural, and intellectual life of our global society.
