ESL Department Meeting Minutes5/29/2003 Present: Fang, F; Luini, J; Zilch, E; Mok, S; Silberberg, M; Carlson, Y 1. Textbook return policy: Teachers should try to return books as early as possible since seniors are graduating, and we don't have enough people to take care of the book sign-outs. Please keep a copy of the lost book cards with you so that if we need to chase down the students, we will have another copy. If teachers want to store some books in their rooms, make sure there is a well secured cabinet and lock. 2. Enrollment: A total of 245 incoming 9th to 12th ELLs has been entered into our database this year. Course tally sheet is scheduled to be released tomorrow. 3. Offside equipment use: If you plan to check out any equipment during summer, please come fill in a district form for the principal to keep. The meeting adjourned at 3:30 p.m. |
