Tony Limon’s Punishment

Tony Limon attacked Brent Holmes and Holmes almost died. Then Tony was suspended from the team. Last summer he was arrested and sentenced to five years in jail. I think the punishment is not appropriate. The punishment should be less than five years.

One reason I believe this is that not many athletes have been sent to jail for their fault. So why should Tony have to stay in jail for five years? Another reasons for my opinion is Tony attacked Holmes because his coach told him to do that. This just like a little boy listens to his dad to steal candy from another one. The little is innocent, he just listens to his father. In addition, I think the coach should pay for instigating Tong to hurt someone.

I don’t mean Tony doesn’t have to pay for his crime, I disagree about the length of his jail time. Actually I think the one who should to pay for it is the coach. Therefore the punishment should be more appropriate, the jail time should be less than five years.
