Instructions for participating in the eScrip Program

eScrip is Powerful, Free, and Easy!

• Last school year A.P. Giannini PTA received over $1,000 from eScrip. eScrip is a hasslefree way for you to help A P. Giannini through every purchase made at eScrip Merchants. There are no receipts to collect, no vouchers or certificates to buy.

• A.P. Giannini students benefit from many educational programs such as language enrichment for each grade, classroom funds for teachers, principal fund, parent handbooks, website maintenance, supplemental materials for each department, and field trips. Your easy, no cost help will supplement other fund raising efforts, especially the Jaguar Fund, to ensure the continuation of these programs.

• In order to help A.P. Giannini with eScrip fund raising, you must register your grocery club cards & Debit/Credit cards with eScrip. After you register and use the cards for your purchase, the proceeds will be deposited into A.P. Giannini’s checking account. If you are already a registered eScrip member, please consider designating A.P. Giannini to receive the proceeds from your every purchase.

To register with eScrip, choose one of the following:

Option 1: Sign-up online

• Log on to www.escrip.com and click on “sign-up”

• Designate A.P. Giannini to receive the proceeds. Type in our group ID number 6466459.

• Register your grocery club cards/credit cards from participating merchants.

• Note: you may also want to log on to add or make changes to your existing account.

Option 2: New Sign-up Form. Download the form* in Adobe PDF format. Print the form on your printer,  fill it out and mail  directly to eScrip:  PO Box 6988, Auburn, CA 95604

Option 3: Add/Change Form. Update your existing eScrip account by downloading the Add/Change Form* in Adobe PDF format. Designate A.P. Giannini to receive the proceeds. Mail this form directly to eScrip. The address label is preprinted on the back of the form, ready for you to mail.
