The year is winding down at Cabrillo. STAR Testing for students is almost over. We have completed our Portfolio and Program Quality Reviews and passed with flying colors. Plans are being made for end-of-the-year activities. (Watch for the May calendar.) Cabrillo will be hosting Summer School from June 14 through July 9 for students entering grades K-5. The summer school program will consist of a basic CORE curriculum and Korean Immersion. Applications are available in the office. Vandalism and graffiti continue to be a problem, especially over the weekends. Help us watch for any suspicious activities and report them to the Richmond District Police Station, at 553-0123. The SF Fire Dept. will be at Cabrillo on May 11 at 2 p.m. to conduct a fire safety workshop. If you'd like to participate, join us in the yard.
