| Souen Tek has been hailed as the talented quarterback for the Galileo Lions this year. In addition to his deftness with football, he has amazed many with his skills in baseball, basketball, and track (triple jump). He even captured 3rd place in the all-city for triple jump during his sophomore year.
Tek played basketball as a freshman at Galileo. His first year of football came under Coach Don Papa with the Junior Varsity team. There, Tek made impressive strives in helping Galileo win the championship. After the football season was over, he once again joined the junior varsity basketball team. Tek took great interest in joining the track team that year as well. As he decided to join in the Triple Jump, he saw that he was very good at it. In addition to the track team, football team, and the basketball team, Tek also joined the baseball team, where he started as the centerfielder. |
