Turn on the tool panel and put a 4-column, 4-row spreadsheet
at the top.
Enter your data as shown. The numbers are calorie values.
Every student will have the same words and values shown in
bold type. The values that are not bolded are your own personal
totals of calories for Day 1 and Day 2 in the three energy source
categories. That means every student will have different data
for cells C2, C3, C4, D2, D3 and D4.
Now, highlight all the cells. Go to the "Options"
pull-down and choose "Make Chart".
Choose a bar graph. Click the "Okay" button and
your chart will appear.
Move the chart down below the spreadsheet.
You will now label some things. Click on the graph so the
handlebars appear on the graph.
Go to "Options" and choose "Modify Chart".
Pick axes. Label the x axis "Energy Sources". Label
the y axis as "Calories".
Pick labels. Make an appropriate title.
Pick series and choose to label your data at the top of each
bar.
You may print it out after it is checked and approved.
