Introduction:

This class will be an introduction to Computer science and Multimedia studies.

What You Will Learn:

You will learn tools for becoming a Technology Leader at James Lick

Computer Science: You will learn what makes a computer work, how computers on a network are set up, and different ways computers are used in the world.

Media Literacy: You will practice the art of Media production.The class will evaluate different forms of technology, and media encountered in everyday life and begin to analyze what makes them work, and how people are affected by them. Students will be graded on participating in and completing a variety of assignments including surveys and discussions, research as well as hands on projects.
