4.1.6 Mandatory Report: Juvenile Court Probation

Satisfactory school attendance and school behavior are typically conditions set forth by the court as a condition of probation.  When required by the court, Probation Officers will be notified by the school or district staff whenever a student on probation violates CA Education Code 48900.
