Southern Exposure's Youth Advisory Board is looking for art from teens ages 16-18 for Spring 2024 exhibitions in our new Project Space. Deadline for submissions is Feb. 23 at 11:59 p.m.

If you have not turned in your application for 2024-2025, please remember to do so by Feb. 2. We can accept your applications online at sfusd.edu/ola by 11:59 p.m. or you can submit a paper application to us by 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 2.

The California Department of Public Health has released updated COVID-19 isolation guidelines. The new recommendation for students is to stay home if they have tested positive or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 until they have NOT had a fever for 24 hours without using fever reducing medication AND other COVID-19 symptoms​ are mild and improving.​

SFUSD is pleased to offer a family engagement curriculum to all families of students from Pre-K through 8th grade that sends learning tips for parents and caregivers to use with their children. ParentPowered Core delivers a complete whole child curriculum to families via text messages, the most universally-available technology.

The City and County of San Francisco offers $250 to low-income parents who qualify for the federal or state Earned Income Tax Credit and are living in San Francisco. Deadline to apply is Apr. 16, 2024.
