We commit ourselves to ensuring that all students, regardless of their ethnicity, socio-economic status, gender, or ability level, will enjoy an equal opportunity to succeed in school. At Sutro, we believe that a safe, secure school environment, collaboration, and cooperation all enhance the learning experience for each of our students. After-school opportunities include homework supported by after-school programs, piano, Mandarin and coding classes.

We promise our students an optimal learning environment that includes leadership opportunities, healthy community practices and a better understanding of the world around them. We have enthusiastic parents and family support. Using shared decision-making, our entire school community unites to provide an educational program committed to excellence emphasizing language arts, visual and performing arts, math, science, and technology.
