Admin Institute 2021 Day 1 - July 27 - Call to Equity Vision: Continuous Improvement

Opening Morning Agenda: Call to Equity Vision

An essential skill for a leader prioritizing antiracism outcomes is the ability to identify gaps, rally resources to address those gaps, and measure progress along the way. Otherwise, antiracism work is just hopeful. Continuous Improvement is a process for making progress on specific equity gaps through which we hold ourselves accountable to each other and our communities.
