School Tours
Many SFUSD schools have added in-person tours dates for this Spring for families who have been assigned for next year, or who want to apply in Round 2.
Sign up for a school tour using this form
(See instructions below to translate form into a non-English language).
You can use this form to sign up for as many San Francisco public school tours as you want! After you click "submit" for your tour selection for one school, you will be able to submit the form again for another school.
Please note that tour dates and times will disappear from the form after the tour is full, since very large tours are disruptive to school instruction.
School addresses and contact information can be found at sfusd.edu/schools/directory. If you decide not to go on a tour, please contact the school.
If you don't see the school's name in the drop-down menu, that school is arranging tours separately. For other schools that are not listed in the drop-down menu of this Google Form, please call the phone number in the school directory
Please only fill out this form one time for each school, as spaces are limited. You WILL NOT receive a confirmation directly after submitting the form, as we wish to include families without email addresses.
How to view the sign up form in a language other than English
Instructions for iPhone
1) Open the Safari browser on your phone.
2) Open the sign up form in the Safari browser OR Paste the web address: bit.ly/sfusdtours in your Safari browser
3) If the form is translated into your language, you can start filling out the form!
IF NOT, you will see the following screen and will need to continue following the instructions.
4) Click on the AA in the address bar

6) You can now start filling out the sign up form!
Instructions for phone (not an iPhone)
1) Open the Google Chrome browser on your phone. If you do not have the Chrome browser on your phone, download it on your phone.
2) Open the sign up form in the Chrome browser OR Paste the web address: bit.ly/sfusdtours in your Chrome browser
3) If the form is translated into your language, you can start filling out the form!
IF NOT, you will see the following screen and will need to continue following the instructions.
4) Click on the 3 small vertical dots on the upper right corner of your browser and click on Translate.
5) You should see this screen:
6) Click on the 3 small vertical dots on the bottom of the screen and select "More languages"
7) Select the language you want to view the Sign Up Form
8) Click on the 3 small vertical dots on the bottom of the screen and select "Always translate pages in English"
9) You can now start filling out the sign up form in your language!
Instructions for Desktop Computer (Mac/Windows)
1) Open the Chrome browser. If you do not have the Chrome browser on your desktop, download it on desktop (Mac OR Windows).
2) Open the Sign Up Form
3) If the form is translated into your language, you can start filling out the form!
IF NOT, you will see the following screen and will need to continue following the instructions.
4) Right-Click anywhere on the screen and choose Translate
5) In the box in the upper right corner, you can change the language that you want to view the sign up form by clicking on the 3 vertical dots in this box:
6) Select "Choose Another Language" if the language is not the one you want the form translated to.
7) Select language
8) Go back to the box in the upper right corner, click on the 3 vertical dots, and select "Always Translate English"
9) You are now set to start filling out the form in your preferred language!
