ParentVUE app update 11/18/22
ParentVUE is moving to the Cloud
The district is moving our Student Information Systems (SIS), Synergy, to be hosted in the cloud. We are making this move to increase our system’s speed, allow for enhanced security and faster disaster recovery.
Access to ParentVUE, Online Forms (school applications), and StudentVUE will be offline from Friday, November 18 at 4pm and will be back online on Monday, November 21. On Monday, to login via:
- Web browser: you can continue to use portal.sfusd.edu
- Mobile app: This migration will interrupt service to ParentVUE and StudentVUE mobile app users who downloaded the app before 11/20/22. Those users will need to delete and reinstall the app in order for it to work.
If you need to complete an online enrollment application during this time or have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be able to complete the application process on Monday, November 21.
