Delivery & Mailing - What To Expect
A laptop or hotspot will be delivered or mailed to the address you provided to the SFUSD Department of Technology via phone, to your school via phone, or the Distance Learning Device Request Form.
MAILING: For a device that will be mailed, for quickest access please be home and be available to sign for this package when it arrives. If you live in an apartment building, check your mailroom daily for the delivery.
DELIVERIES: Home deliveries by a volunteer will occur between 1- 4 pm. Please be home and be available by phone for the delivery volunteer in case they need to contact you. As a reminder please practice social distancing of 6 feet during the delivery.
When My Technology Arrives
This SFUSD technology is provided for students in grades 3-12 to connect with their classroom teachers and continue their education through the end of the school year. With this technology, your students can participate in virtual meetings with their teachers and classmates and complete and submit assignments to name a few features.
