Rideshare and Family Drop-Off and Pick-Up Zones

Zones will be managed by SFMTA Parking Control Officers and event staff to allow for a safe drop-off/pick-up location for graduation attendees.

  • Zone 1: Frederick Street between Willard Street and Arguello Boulevard
  • Zone 2: Stanyan Street (Southbound in-front of Kezar Pavilion)
  • Zone 3: Willard Street (Northbound Willard Street at Frederick Street)
  • Zone 4: Kezar Drive (Eastbound at Arguello Boulevard)

Public Transportation

Muni’s N-Judah streetcar is the primary public transportation option for getting to Kezar Stadium. It has the greatest capacity, provides the quickest service to and from downtown, and is conveniently connected to BART, MUNI buses, and Caltrain. The line stops near the venue at the Carl & Hillway and Carl & Stanyan stops.

  • Golden Gate Park: free, street parking

  • Kezar Lot: $10.00 special event rate, up to 200 spaces
  • UCSF Milberry Union Garage: $5.00 per hour, up to 700 spaces)
  • UCSF Central Parking Garage: $5.00 per hour, up to 200 spaces
  • Golden Gate Park Music Concourse: $5.00 per hour M-F, $17 flat rate for entries after 5:30 p.m., up to 800 spaces. Lot closes at 7 p.m.

ADA Parking

  • Kezar Lot: $10.00 special event rate, up to 10 spaces
  • Frederick Street: free, 10 spaces for SFUSD graduation

If you love it, don't leave it. A friendly reminder to please remove all valuables from unattended vehicles during the event.

Parking Control Officers (PCOs)

  • Post 1: Stanyan/Belauh (Kezar Parking Lot)
    2 PCOs to assist with vehicles entering/exiting parking lot and pedestrian crossing. Note: No stop signs or traffic light for Stanyan.
  • Post 2: Stanyan/Frederick
    2 PCOs to assist with pedestrian crossing and left turn from Frederick onto Stanyan.
  • Post 3: Willard/Frederick
    2 PCOs to assist with pedestrian crossing into Kezar Stadium.
  • Post 4: Arguello/Frederick
    1-2 PCOs to assist with pedestrian crossing. Optional post if pedestrian traffic is light.
  • Post 5: Kezar Drive/Martin Luther King Drive
    1-2 PCOs to assist with pedestrian crossing. Run light box to extend pedestrian green as needed. Optional post if traffic is light, units may be redeployable.
  • Post 7: Chase
    Chase Double parking, Uber/Lyft vehicles on Frederick & Lincoln Way from Stanyan to 9th Avenue.
  • Post 8: Chase
    Chase Double parking, Uber/Lyft vehicles on Kezar Drive & MLK Drive from Park Station to 9th Avenue.

Ticketed Event

Each student is allowed to bring up to four guests. Guests must be from the same household and sit in their pre-assigned seat locations during the ceremony. Pods of four will be six feet apart from all other attendees.

Video Livestream

A realtime video livestream link will be available for each ceremony and provided by the respective schools for circulation.

Restrooms and Hand-Washing Stations

Restrooms and hand-washing stations can be found on both the north and south sides of Kezar Stadium.

Guest Services

School volunteers and staff members will be positioned at the ticket windows outside of both gate entrances to answer any graduation questions.

Food and Beverage

No food or beverage will be provided or sold during the event.

COVID-19 Awareness

If you feel sick, ill or have fever symptoms please stay home. We ask you to not gather in large groups or congregate before, during or after the ceremony. Please wear a mask at all times and physically distance when appropriate.

Exiting the Stadium

Please exit the stadium in a quick and safe manner. Due to the complexity mandated by the State of California and considerations for all other SFUSD graduation ceremonies, the event staff team will need to clean and sanitize the entire venue prior to each ceremony.
