Can I email you my registration and/or May Placement forms?

Yes, please scan or take a clear photo of all your forms and required documents and email to enrollinschool@sfusd.edu.

Can I physically drop-off my registration and/or May Placement forms?

Yes, please go to 555 Franklin Street and drop-off your form in the lobby. There is a drop box next to the security desk. The lobby is open from Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Where do I get forms to confirm registration or apply for May Placement?

Forms should be included in the assignment letter. You can also access them at www.sfusd.edu/enroll. You can also pick up a paper copy at 555 Franklin Street in the lobby by the security desk (open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.). Call 415-241-6085 or email us at enrollinschool@sfusd.edu for support.
