Bienvenidos a Escuela Alvarado!
Alvarado Celebrates it's new community-made mural in the spring of 2025

Alvarado is a dual-immersion TK–5th grade school offering four programs: General Education (GE), Spanish Immersion (SI), Special Education and Transitional Kindergarten (TK).

Our school vision is that as a multilingual, multiracial, and community-driven school, at Alvarado we provide enriching, meaningful learning and prepare every student to thrive in middle school and beyond. Through deep engagement in the arts, music, science, technology, and language—and a strong foundation in academic and social-emotional skills—our students are ready to excel in whatever future they pursue.
