MHS Incident Report 26-27

Hi Staff, in an effort to intervene with situations that could happen around the school we are asking that all staff/teachers fill out this google form when you see, hear or experience something that may need intervention.  

This is very important because we want incidents to be reported so that we can solve them quickly.  The google form is linked below and it can be found on the website under TEACHER RESOURCES.
