If you are interested in playing sports please email Athletic Director, Shannon Hunter at hunters1@sfusd.edu. In order to play sports, all student-athletes must complete the survey to sign-up, complete their physical exam, maintain a 2.0 GPA, and register on Home Campus.

These documents (signed by a parent and student) include:

• Home Campus Registration - (search The Academy)
• Physical Exam (cleared and signed by a doctor)
• Multi-School Related Consent (SOTA athletes only)

Additional forms:

• Bus Opt Out (for athletes not returning on charter/school bus)
