Code of Conduct

Participation in school sports programs is a privilege, not a right. To earn that privilege, student-athletes must abide by the rules and they must conduct themselves, on and off the field, as positive role models who exemplify good character. If academic/behavior expectations are not met, an athlete may be taken off a team by the Principal and Athletic Director.

If a student is failing a class and the teacher has given warnings, class reflection, lunch reflection, called home, reached out to counselor and still those steps are not effective, then consequences with sports will follow up.  The teacher has the right to hold a student back from attending a game, Mr. Segovia will contact the family to share the information.
