The fee for the Morning Care Only program is $250/per month. Sliding scale pricing will be applied based on eligibility. (Note: A limited number of families enrolled in the TRNC After Care Program may be eligible for a reduced price for morning care. Please contact TRNC for more information.)

TRNC Morning Care FAQ
How can I apply for morning care financial assistance?
When applying for morning care, please select the sliding scale option. TRNC keeps all applications confidential. If you have any questions about financial assistance, please contact Raquel Lopez Monroy, Elementary School Programs Assistant Director at The Richmond Neighborhood Center, at raquel@richmondsf.org.
Can I apply for only certain days of the week instead of the full week?
Program applications are for the full week. It is not possible to apply for only select days.
If I apply for morning care, does that mean my child is automatically accepted?
An application is not a guaranteed registration. Due to program capacity and staffing ratios, TRNC will review all applications before confirming spots. Families will be notified directly by TRNC once they have been confirmed for the program.
What time is morning care offered?
Morning care is offered during the school year from 7:30-9:30 AM for students in grades TK through 5th.
If I have additional questions, who can I contact?
Please contact Raquel Lopez Monroy, Elementary School Programs Assistant Director at The Richmond Neighborhood Center, at raquel@richmondsf.org.
Are there other options for morning care at the school?
Yes. There are morning (and afternoon) extracurricular classes offered at McCoppin by a variety of outside vendors. Information is shared about them as the PTO receives it. Some families enroll students in morning extracurricular classes as a morning care alternative.
Each class will have a separate sign-up and fee. All extracurriculars offer a financial aid option; please contact the vendors directly to learn more about financial aid.
