Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion  Link to this section

We envision a school community where every individual’s unique identity, culture, and perspective contribute to a rich and equitable learning environment. We are actively committed to dismantling systemic barriers and ensuring all our students and families feel a deep sense of belonging, safety, and respect. We work to create a space where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

A head-and-shoulders photograph of Principal Catherine Walter. She is a woman with dark hair pulled back, wearing glasses with a dark pattern and a multi-strand turquoise necklace over a black top. To her right is a large block quote that reads: "At Grattan, we live the Grattan Way every day: Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Kind. This commitment fosters a joyful, safe environment where our academic excellence is fueled by an incredibly active and dedicated community."
