School Meals

School Meals

Students eat breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria during meal periods.  They may either bring a meal from home or receive free school meals from the cafeteria.  After eating, students take responsibility for cleaning up after themselves. Students learn what goes in the recycling, compost, and garbage bins.

Bryant Elementary participates in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP).  Every student can receive one breakfast and one lunch at no cost each school day.  CEP is a federal program that allows eligible schools to offer free meals to attending students regardless of individual income.  This builds community, fights hunger with health, improves financial health, and streamlines operations.
