Dear Balboa Family & Community,
SFUSD schools will be closed for Summer Break from June 10th to August 15th . Our Wellness Center will not be available until we return on Monday, August 18th, 2026.
The Balboa Teen Clinic will be open though for summer school (June 15th - July 17th) if you would like to get mental health or physical health support.
Feel free to give them a call at (628) 217-5930 to schedule a drop-in or set up an appointment!
We wish you all a joyful summer filled with sunshine, rest, and meaningful time with your loved ones. Take this time to recharge and care for yourself—you deserve it!

Wellness Center Office Hours
Welcome back students to the 2025- 26 School Year!
Balboa Wellness Center is located in Rm 100 by the gym/ field

The Wellness Center hours are:
- Monday: 9:00 - 4:00
- Tuesday: 9:00 - 4:00
- Wednesday: 9:00 - 4:00 [Closed every 3rd Wednesday of the month due to an off-site department meeting]
- Thursday: 9:00 - 4:00
- Friday: 9:00 - 4:00
The Wellness Center is closed for all SFUSD holidays, fall, winter, spring and summer break.
Wellness Student Drop-In Hours

Wellness is closed for our staff lunch during lunchtime and the period after for our preparatory period every day minus Wednesdays. On Wednesdays we are only closed during lunchtime for our staff lunch.
If there is an emergency or crisis, Wellness may close during times we are scheduled to be open, to provide support. Please ensure to read our Wellness door signs for instructions on when to return.

- Wednesday: 9:00-5:00 [Closed every 1st Wednesday from 2pm-3pm and 2nd Wednesday from 1pm-5pm]
- Thursday: 09:00 - 5:00 pm
- Friday: 09:00 - 5:00 pm
- Weekend: Closed
