SFUSD Grab & Go Meals

SFUSD will provide meals to students 18 and under during school closure.

John Muir has a significant enough ratio of free/reduced cost meal eligible students that SFUSD qualifies all our students for free meals.

Although all our students are eligible to receive free meals, we strongly encourage families to complete the Multipurpose Family Income Form (MFIF) through SchoolCafe.

All SFUSD students can pick up meals at any SFUSD Grab & Go meal distribution site:

Meals will only be provided for students (i.e. no family meal bags). Families must provide the student’s barcode for their meal account when picking up meals. Each student’s barcode was mailed to households. For families that did not receive their barcode, or need assistance, please contact:

Nurse Fataneh

Dear John Muir Families,

Welcome to the 2020-21 school year!

My name is Fataneh Hamilton. I am the School Nurse at John Muir Elementary School. My goal is to team with you to ensure your child is healthy and safe, especially during this COVID time.

If you have any health-related issues or concerns during distance learning, please don't hesitate to call or email me. If I’m not immediately available, you may leave your number and let me know when a convenient time to call might be.

I am also available ever Friday from 3-4 pm on Google Meet. You can join me by clicking on the following link: https://meet.google.com/eoy-akny-tyw or by phone at: +1-413-418-2256 (PIN# 396-391-578)

Also, if you do not have a Primary Health Care Provider for yourself or your child, or if the clinic you used to go to is now closed, please let me know. I can help you find a new one!

Take care and stay safe!
