ASLP Summer Program

Hello Ulloa Families,

Our Ulloa Summer Program is open to incoming 2nd-5th Graders!
 

Program Details:
Where: Ulloa Elementary School, 2650 42nd Ave, San Francisco, CA 94116
When: June 10th - July 24th (Closed June 19th, July 4th & July 5th)
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday
 

Program Contribution:
● Non Free/Reduced Lunch: $300/student
● Free/Reduced Lunch: free of charge WITH VERIFICATION
 

ONLINE Registration for the Ulloa Summer Program begins Monday, March 18, 2024.
Please follow these steps to apply for Ulloa Summer Program:
1) Go to Application Website: https://bacr.force.com/afterschool/s/login/
2) Create an Account (If you have an account, please log into your account)
3) Select "New Registration"
4) Select 'Ulloa Elementary (SFUSD)', ‘Summer 2024’
*If you’re registering more than one student, please place them onto the same registration form.
 

Please note: Students SHOULD attend Ulloa Summer Program 5 days a week from
8:00am-5:00pm. They may miss for sickness/doctors appointments, but extended absences can
result in your student being dropped from the program.
