• SFUSD Application for the 2026-27 School Year
  • Available the day of the SFUSD Enrollment Fair
  • Submission Deadline: December 12, 2026, 5pm
  • List Ruth Asawa SOTA as a priority school
• Audition Assignments (Visual Art Departments)  -  Submission Deadline:  December 12, 2025
• Audition DATE:  Saturday, January 10, 2026 (Save the Date)
• Audition Time and Details (vary by art department) and are posted on our website Dec. 19, 2025 by 5pm (please check back).
• Ruth Asawa SOTA Audition Results:  Qualifying students (only) are notified via email by February 10, 2026
• SFUSD Placement Results:   Mailed March 16 (main round)/on ParentVue March 16
• SFUSD High School Registration Deadline:    March 26, 2026
