SFUSD shares updates regarding the proposal to change the academic calendar for 2025-26 due to the strike.

The Enrollment Center is hosting virtual workshops next Thursday, March 19 and next Saturday, March 21 to guide families through their options after the Main Round. Join us to better understand your student’s results, learn how waitlists work, and explore next steps with clarity and confidence.

Synergy Master Schedule Training: In-person on March 24 and 25. Work with a Synergy trainer to learn how to input your master schedule into Synergy.

Asynchronous Brief Intervention Services Training via Nearpods. This training is required for new secondary School District Nurses, School Social Workers, Wellness Coordinators, SIT Interns, Community Health Outreach Workers, Deans, School Counselors and Community Based Organization Staff.

The submission window for Digital Tools and App Requests for Fall implementation will close on April 1st.

Grades K-5 must submit Oral Health Posters by March 25, 2026.

Please take advantage of our amazing optional Restorative Practices (RP) Opportunities including a Circle Training Workshop and/or an RP Online Course.

Vision and Hearing Screenings will be conducted for all students in grades K-5 in Spring 2026.

The Department of Children, Youth, and Their Families is making the Student Success Fund - Rapid Response Fund Grants of up to $25,000 available to all SFUSD school sites. The deadline to apply has been extended to March 26, 2026.

Monthly automated Truancy letters will be posted to Synergy this Friday, March 13, 2026. Families and schools can ensure that attendance data is correct and complete by following this guidance.

Site Counselors have received flyers and a list of eligible students to recruit and register for SAILL on Friday, March 13, 2026.
All registrations should be completed with student consent by May 13th.

Current 9th to 12th grade San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) students and SFUSD-affiliated charter schools 9th to 12th grade students with an active K2C account are invited to participate in the contest by creating a video, a poem or a persuasive speech. Students are encouraged to participate in their preferred language. SFPUC will award scholarships of $500 each.
