Should your child have a short term absence from school, the information below provides an overview on at home learning resources using technology provided to all students in SFUSD.

School Start and End Times
Beginning August 2021, all schools will start at one of three times: 7:50, 8:40, or 9:30 a.m.

Student Family School Resource Link
SFUSD's Student Family School Resource Link supports students and families in navigating all of the SFUSD resources available to them. Students, families, and school staff can email requests to sflink@sfusd.edu, call 415-340-1716 (M-F, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m., closed from 12 to 1 p.m.

Partnering with Your Child's School

Supporting Your Child
Get Involved
- Join your school's School Site Council to help set your school's priorities and budget.
- Attend Board of Education meetings in person or online.
- Join a family organization such as the Parent Advisory Council, English Learner Advisory Committee or the African American Parent Advisory Committee. Find other advisory councils and committees.
