The Employee Announcements on this website replaced OASIS on Sharepoint on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021. We will continue to build the Employee Announcements functionality, including options to filter announcements by Grade Level (done), Audience (done), posting Department (done), and/ or Announcement Type (done).
Staff will continue to receive a weekly OASIS Employee Announcements email that includes a summary of all Employee Announcements posted in the previous week (with a link to the website page to view older announcements). We anticipate that this email will continue to evolve to add additional functionality and customization options. For example, in the future, you may be able to limit the announcements in your weekly email to only include the items applicable to elementary school teachers (or other criteria you select).
If you were an OASIS announcements poster on Sharepoint, you should have received an email on Jan. 22 indicating that you will automatically get access to post employee announcements no later than Jan. 28. If you want access to post Employee Announcements, please complete this Employee Announcements Authorization Form.
