How to track OLP and ODLP students’ enrollment and attendance in Synergy.
Announcement Message
- Enrollment: Run the U-EPC065 report in Synergy to see a list of your OLP and ODLP students. These students will still be enrolled in the in-person home school to maintain their seat, but do NOT add the OLP students in classes or sections, until the student opts to return back to their in-person school. DoT will remove OLP students from classes in home schools.
- Attendance: OLP teachers take attendance for students, even when also enrolled in the home school.
- Return to In-Person: families who choose to opt out of OLP or ODLP should fill out the bit.ly/OLPReturn form. DoT processes the enrollments in Synergy every Friday so students will be enrolled in their home schools and unenrolled from OLP starting the following Monday. NOTE: Please accept the students and add them into classes if they show up to your school before they are unenrolled in OLP in Synergy.
- Grades and Report Cards: Students in OLP and ODLP will see their Online Learning Program school or Independence High School in report cards. Home schools should NOT submit grades for students enrolled in OLP and ODLP.
