School sites, remind families to activate their ParentVUE accounts, log in, submit their emergency card, and update their contact information.
Announcement Message
- Activation: remind families to activate their accounts to see their report cards and to be able to use the online application for the Main Round of Enrollment in October. Run the U-FP10 report in Synergy to see who has not activated their accounts yet.
- Login: Parents/guardians only have to activate once, and some might forget they already have an account - remind families they can reset their password. Visit sfusd.edu/parentvuetoolkit to learn more about how to help families troubleshoot ParentVUE.
- Emergency Card: Families should resubmit their emergency card each year. If a family completed their emergency card before July 1, 2021, they will need to submit another one for this school year.
- Communication: Remind families to activate and complete their emergency card form. Before you message families, run the U-FP9 report to track who has submitted their emergency cards. Also remind families to update their phone number and email address in ParentVUE: sfusd.edu/contactinfo.
