All Internet access into and from SFUSD’s network, including district-provided student hotspots, will be temporarily offline for 3 hours between 11 pm on Friday, October 22nd and 2 am on Saturday, October 23rd.

All Internet access into and from SFUSD’s network, including district-provided student hotspots, will be temporarily offline for 3 hours between 11 pm on Friday, October 22nd and 2 am on Saturday, October 23rd.
All internal SFUSD systems will be offline during this maintenance window including but not limited to Synergy (TeacherVUE, ParentVUE, StudentVUE), PeopleSoft, PERCii, GoFast, Primero, Zendesk, and district-issued hotspots used by students.
These and other cloud-hosted systems will NOT be impacted:
- SFUSD’s main website www.sfusd.edu
- Gmail and Google Apps
- Clever and SFUSD’s Digital Backpack
- EmpowerSF
If you encounter any network or system/application access issues after 2 am on October 23, 2021, please submit a Technology Service Request at help.sfusd.edu so we can investigate and resolve.
