Summary
EPC is adding students' enrollment documents to the "Documents" tab in Synergy and transmitting them digitally.
Announcement Message
In the past, EPC told families to bring their birth certificate, parent ID, assignment letter, transcripts if necessary, and vaccination information to the school they were assigned to in order to start school.
Now, we are transmitting these documents to you electronically!
- Clerks and Administrative Assistants can see Birth Certificates, Parent ID, and Proof of Address in the "Documents" tab on Synergy. We will note in the email accompanying the assignment letter if the family owes us more documents (they can bring them to you to place in the cum file).
- Counselors can see transcripts and transcript translations in the "Documents" tab on Synergy.
- We email the Assignment Letter to all school enrollment staff (typically, clerk. Principal, Assistant Principal, Counselors) at the site every time we assign a new student. This will include information about language program and any newcomer information for high school.
- Students only need to bring their Vaccination Information to the school to enroll.
