Over the weekend of Nov. 18th, the district successfully migrated Synergy to the cloud. As a result, you may experience difficulty logging in to the mobile app. Get instructions on how to troubleshoot.

Dear SFUSD students & families,
Over the weekend of Nov. 18, the district successfully migrated Synergy to the cloud. ParentVUE, StudentVUE, AdminVUE and Online Forms (school applications) are currently available. If you are using a web browser, you can still log in via portal.sfusd.edu. For ParentVUE and StudentVUE mobile app using an:
- Android: reinstall the mobile app using the steps provided in the ParentVUE website.
- iPhone or iPad: You will see an error message. Click OK and enter your zip code then log in.
