All UESF-represented certificated and paraeducator staff have 18 Paid PD Hours to use each school year! These paid hours can be used for external PD, district or site PD, planning, collaboration, or independent reading/learning.

Hourly rates are $46 for certificated staff, $35 for child development program teachers (early education) and $22 for paraeducators. In total: $828 for certificated staff; $630 for child development program teachers; $396 for paraeducators.
