On behalf of the Junior Committee of the San Francisco Symphony, we are delighted to invite the children of your school or organization to Deck the Hall Community Day on Monday, December 4, 2023 at Louise M. Davies Symphony Hall. We proudly extend this opportunity to Bay Area schools and non-profit groups dedicated to the welfare of children. As always, this event is free of charge. The Community Day concert is a Symphony tradition which features an original stage show (45 minutes in length) created and recommended for students in pre-kindergarten and kindergarten. Conducted by Daniel Bartholomew-Poyser, this special concert showcases holiday music of diverse cultural traditions, performed by the San Francisco Symphony along with special guest artists.
Again this year, we are asking that educators fill out a Google Form to request tickets. You can find the form and relevant concert details at the following URL: https://bit.ly/sfscommunityday23
While we cannot guarantee your preferred choice, we will do our best to accommodate all requests. You are welcome to bring up to 30 children and chaperones per classroom or organization to this special event. Once we receive your form submission, tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and all orders must be received no later than November 3, 2023.
For information about the San Francisco Symphony’s health and safety policies, visit www.sfsymphony.org/safety.
Deck the Hall Community Day is made possible through the generosity of Community Day Sponsors, The Levchin Family, Deck the Hall’s Presenting Partner, the Louise M. Davies Foundation, and Supporting Partner, Bank of America.
Reservations will be filled in order of receipt and confirmed when tickets are mailed the week of November 13. We hope the children from your organization will be able to attend this joyful event and experience the magic of the holiday season with the San Francisco Symphony!
