Updated: How to Report Staff COVID-19 Cases
Starting January 10, if staff receive positive test results for COVID-19, are symptomatic, or are a close contact, they should immediately call the COVID-19 Support Line at 415-660-9850.
- Before contacting your site, staff should contact the COVID-19 Support Line to report cases of COVID-19.
- If you receive a phone call from the caller ID “SFUSD COVID”, you may have tested positive through an SFUSD testing service or have been identified as a close contact.
