Help us to improve the lives of children and families, in our community, our city, our state, and nation-wide. You will make new friends, learn new skills, and you will show your student that their school is important enough for you to put your mark on it.
Parent, Teacher, Student Association
The PTSA (Parent-Student-Teacher Association) is a children and families advocacy group made of parents, care-givers, students, teachers and community members. All are welcome to join. Our goal is to positively impact the lives of children and families, with special focus to those attending Marina Middle School.
With a student body of 700+ students, it is imperative that we have a large and active PTSA in order to fulfill our mission. We count on the participation of our families and community members to share ideas, communicate needs and to successfully enact programs & activities born of these ideas and needs.
Help us to improve the lives of children and families, in our community, our city, our state, and nation-wide. You will make new friends, learn new skills, and you will show your student that their school is important enough for you to put your mark on it.
- At Marina the PTSA assists with school events (concerts, graduation, etc.), funds activities and works hard to foster a sense of school community.
- The PTSA provides regular financial support for the Homework Clinic, Lunch-Time Club program and the popular Teacher Micro-Grant Program.

Join us for our next PTSA meeting IN-PERSON or ONLINE
One of the most import roles PTSA plays is fostering community. Join us in person with a light dinner and dessert. Chinese and Spanish interpretation; parking in the school yard.
Parent, Teacher, Student and Community participation is crucial to a successful PTSA, and a successful PTSA is one that can positively impact the lives of children and families. Your participation is need to attend a meeting, volunteer, or just let us know what your comments, questions and suggestions are. MarinaMiddleSchool.SF@gmail.com
All PTSA Community Meetings are IN PERSON & ONLINE from 6pm-7:30pm at Marina Middle School, Room 109.

The parliamentarian position is still open. We need a parliamentarian to perform the critical task of forming the nominating committee. The nominating committee is responsible for coming up with the slate of officers for next year’s board.
