We want to update you about a known issue we’ve been working on regarding leave balances and provide you with an advanced notice of the corrections we will be making.
During our recent system transition, absence requests from Red Rover did not properly migrate to the Frontline system. As a result, the leave balances currently displayed in the Frontline Employee Portal may not be accurate.
We will be importing leave balance corrections at 5 pm on Friday, October 24. At this time, we will be updating the following:

Your leave balances as of June 30, 2025 from EMPowerSF

Any paid time off entered in EMPowerSF to be used after July 1, 2025

Any paid time off entered and used since July 1, 2025 in Red Rover
These updates are being made to employees with a single assignment. We are continuing to work on identifying and correcting all remaining staff balances as quickly as possible.
Once the updates are complete for employees with a single assignment, you may review your leave balances in the Frontline employee portal beginning Monday, October 27 to ensure it accurately reflects your time off requests.

Our payroll department will be hosting virtual meetings where employees can log in to review and confirm their current vacation, sick, and floating holiday balances:

Every Wednesday from Oct. 29 to Dec. 17

If you identified any discrepancies in your leave balance or need further clarification, please submit a Zendesk ticket for resolution.
