Starting this Fall, families will be able to download the NEW ParentVUE app on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. While older versions of the app will still be functional, they will be retired soon. The new version offers enhanced features and an improved user experience.

The Department of Elections (DOE) has sent notices directly to sites to let site principals and administrators know that their site has been identified as a polling site for the June 2, 2026 Statewide Primary Election.

SFUSD is supporting access for the weekend digital SAT to be offered at Lowell High School in Fall 2026 on the following five Saturdays: August 22nd, September 12th, October 3rd, November 7th, and December 5th. Seats at Lowell are available now on College Board's official SAT registration website at https://satsuite.collegeboard.org/sat/registration.

This FREE event is for SF renters, homebuyers and homeowners to come learn about affordable housing resources and programs from over 40 housing agencies, community organizations and the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development.

Summer Stride is the San Francisco Public Library’s annual summer learning, reading and exploration program for all ages and abilities.

Visit the Main Library's Children Center this summer for free lunch and a fun activity. All children 18 and under can receive a free meal starting June 15, Mondays through Fridays from 12:15—1:15 p.m.

Coro California’s fully funded, eight-day Civic Education Leadership Accelerator offers Bay Area History, Civics, and Government teachers hands-on civic learning, leadership development, and a classroom-ready plan. Limited spots—apply by May 12; final deadline June 2. Stipend $800, fully funded registration.

Caltrans will be closing 19th Avenue from Sloat Blvd. to Holloway Ave. in both directions from Friday, May 22 at 7 a.m. to Monday, May 25 at 10 a.m. The closure may impact school drop-off and pickup traffic, in addition to weekend travel. Students, families, and staff should expect major delays and detours, and plan for increased travel time, especially for school commutes.

The Department of Technology’s (DoT) will be conducting server maintenance on Saturday May 23, 2026 8 a.m. and until 6 p.m. During this time, staff will not be able to use VDI to access Frontline.
