Complete the Multi-Purpose Family Income Form!

Help support Tenderloin Community School by completing the Multi-Purpose Family Income Form. This short form helps our school receive essential funding for programs like free meals, academic support, and enrichment opportunities. Even if you don’t think you qualify, submitting the form can increase resources for all students. Every form counts—thank you for helping our community thrive! 

How to Apply:

1. Go to: schoolcafe.com (available in English, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish and Vietnamese)
2. Login or Create an Account if you haven't already
3. Select "Apply for Benefits"
4. Complete the form and submit!

Allow 5 business days for processing. You will be notified via email (to the address you have on file with the Enrollment Office) that your eligibility results are ready to access via your SchoolCafe account.
