Google has recently updated how sharing and permissions work in Google Forms. These changes give you more control over who can access your forms, especially those shared publicly.

Beginning in 2025–2026, students in kindergarten, grade one, and grade two must be screened for reading difficulties per Education Code Section 53008. All K-2 Educators and school leaders are required to attend training in administering, interpreting, utilizing, and communicating screening results to families. All K-2 Teachers will learn more about the NEW Reading Difficulties Screener (RDS) on August 14.

High School Credit Recovery - Evening and Saturday classes are available for students who need to recover credits to earn a high school diploma. Salary, in accordance with the UESF contract, is $60.77/per hour – approximately 80 extended hours will be paid out over the course of each semester.

ESY/summer school teachers who plan to use Seesaw with their students must open a Help ticket before June 18.

All non-employee accounts (contractor, vendor, intern, student teacher, CBO, etc.) expire at the end of the current fiscal year (June 30, 2025). Non-employees requiring access into the next fiscal year must have a new AUP submitted by June 13, 2025 to maintain access.
