Reminder: 2024-25 Winter Star Assessment Reports & Resources

The Winter Star District Assessment administration for grades 8-10 is closing soon on Feb 7.  Resources and reports are available to support planning, administration, and analysis.

The required Winter 2024-25 administration of the Star assessments is from Jan 13- Feb 7 for grades 8-10, and Jan 27-Feb 21 for grades K-7 as shown below:

• Ensure that Grade 8 students complete Star Reading and Star Math assessments Jan 13 - Feb 7 in order to complete enrollment applications for Lowell High School.
• Read instructions for Star Assessment Administration, and review which assessments to administer this winter.
• Participate in Star PD opportunities regarding Star administration/analysis.

• Use the Star Test Activity Report to find out who needs to be assessed, and to view students’ results immediately after administration.

• Access the Star Reports Guide for Teachers and for Leaders to support analysis in GLCs & ILTs.
• Review Star Resources for Parent Teacher Conference Week (K-5) for links to resources to support conversations during parent teacher conferences.
